• 1 medium ripe banana
• 2 teaspoons of coconut oil
• ½ cup of milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oats
• 1/8 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp of baking soda
• 1/8 tsp baking powder
• 1/8 tsp sea salt

➢ Put the banana, the eggs, the oat flour, milk, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda and the salt in a bowl and mash with a kitchen aid mixer or with a fork.
➢ Pour the mix into the frying pan in a circle shape, cook on one position for approximately 1.5 minutes, then turn and cook on the other side for until golden brown on both positions.
