This recipe comes with a combination of veggies and some chopped chicken breast. If you have read my article on how to make CHICKEN SALAD SAUCE you will notice some similarities, just a little twist and its ready. It’s simple and takes no time at all. This recipe will give you an amazing and different way to enjoy your spaghetti, which is healthy and nourishing.
Feel free to bend thing around a bit, add or strike off any ingredients of your choice. Vegetables are beneficial to our body. Vegetables are naturally low in fat and calories, they have no cholesterol. Vegetables are potassium-rich nutrients. Vegetables are vital sources of many nutrients, including potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, vitamin E, and vitamin C.
I had my vegetable spaghetti for lunch. This recipe is excellent for vegans and vegetarians, just eliminate the chicken. Try out this recipe, like, comment and share your opinion about it.

o Chicken Breast
o 4 medium carrots
o 1 red bell pepper
o 1 green bell pepper
o 2 big tomato
o 2 habanero peppers
o 1 stock cube
o 2 tsp of olive oil
o Himalayan salt (to taste)
o 1and ½ hand full of sliced Lettuce leaves
o Seasoning powder
o 1 medium onion
❖ Wash and cut the chicken breast into cubes. Marinate with salt, ground pepper, seasoning powder and stock cube. Then put aside.
❖ Wash and peel each carrot. Cut into strips and set aside.
❖ Take out the stem and seeds of bell peppers and cut in about 2inches length.
❖ Wash and chop the onions.
❖ Peel and blend the ginger, garlic and Habanero pepper into a puree, then set aside.
❖ Wash and cook the spaghetti. Once its done, wash and set aside with a sieve.
❖ Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add the oil. After some seconds, add the chicken and stir continuously until it looks done (about 3minute.)
❖ Then add the onions and stir, after few seconds add the fresh tomatoes.
❖ After 60 seconds add the blended puree and allow it simmer for another 60seconds
❖ Season with seasoning cubes, salt, and seasoning powder and start adding all the vegetables and stir to mix properly. Then allow simmering for a minute.
❖ Now add the cooked spaghetti and turn together to get the vegetables around it.
❖ Adjust taste if required.
❖ It’s ready. Serve and enjoy!!
