This sauce has been my to go sauce for some time now and I will want to share with you guys. It’s simple and healthy pack.

I specifically didn’t use meat or fish for it but you can grill some meat and set aside.

This is perfect if you looking at losing some weight or if you are on a healthy diet plan. Have it in the fridge and pair with any staple food of your choice or you can eat alone.

I highlighted zucchini because this is my first time of eating it and it’s so good in the meal.

You too can incorporate zucchini in your diet.

Zucchini is packed with amazing health benefits such as:

Zucchini reduces constipation and other digestive issues. It is high in water. It also contains good amounts of fiber, electrolytes, and other nutrients that are necessary for a healthy digestive system.

By adding zucchini in your food, you will be increasing your fiber intake. Fiber-rich foods reduce your blood sugar levels and increase insulin sensitivity. This can change your risk of developing diabetes.

Zucchini is rich source of B-vitamins, especially folate, riboflavin, and B6, because of that, it can help to boost energy production in the body. This reduces fatigue and improves moods. These vitamins inclusively supports various brain functions including cognition.

📍2 bunches of spinach

📍1 clove of broccoli

📍2 medium carrots

📍1 cup of chopped mushrooms

📍1 red bell pepper

📍A hand full of shrimp

📍2 scotch bonnets

📍3 fresh tomatoes

📍4 cloves of garlic

📍1 inch of fresh ginger

📍2 tablespoons of olive oil

📍1 medium onion

📍2 stock cubes

📍wash thoroughly and chop all vegetables and set aside.

📍wash and blend together tomatoes, peppers, ginger, and garlic.

📍slice the zucchini (it’s treated like vegetable though).

📍wash and chop the onions

📍wash the shrimp and set aside

📍place a saucepan on the stove, add little oil and let it heat up, add the shrimp and sauté. Set aside once it’s done.

📍place a pot on the stove, add the blended mixture, cook to dry the excess water.

📍once it’s dried, add the olive oil then the onions and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

📍add stock cubes, salt, and other seasonings. Add the chopped bell pepper, chopped mushrooms, and carrots and cook for a minute.

📍Now add the spinach, broccoli, and zucchini. Add the shrimp

📍cover the lid and let it cook for a minute then turn off the heat.

Its done😘😂….serve with boiled rice, boiled yam, boiled potato or boiled plantain.
