Banana x Strawberries x Yoghurt Smoothie

How well do you like your smoothies. In my opinion starting your day with a cup of smoothie, its a healthy way to activate your system. There are so many smoothie recipes out there. But you have figure out what works for you. Create your own recipes using your favorite fruits, nuts, milk, yoghurt and more.

Its also good to take a cup of smoothie before hitting the gym. It gives you the required energy to achieve your daily targets.

For this smoothie recipe, its so easy and simple! I used frozen fruits but you can use what is available to you.

Ingredients are: one banana, handful of strawberries and half cup of yoghurt.

Simply add everything to a blender and blend till its smooth.

Pour into a cup and enjoy😊πŸ₯°
