This sauce has been my to go sauce for some time now and I will want to share with you guys. Itโ€™s simple and healthy pack.

I specifically didnโ€™t use meat or fish for it but you can grill some meat and set aside.

I highlighted zucchini because this is my first time of eating it and it’s so good in the meal.

Ingredients

๐Ÿ“2 bunches of spinach

๐Ÿ“1 clove of broccoli

๐Ÿ“2 medium carrots

๐Ÿ“1 cup of chopped mushrooms

๐Ÿ“1 red bell pepper

๐Ÿ“A hand full of shrimp

๐Ÿ“2 scotch bonnets

๐Ÿ“3 fresh tomatoes

๐Ÿ“4 cloves of garlic

๐Ÿ“1 inch of fresh ginger

๐Ÿ“2 tablespoons of olive oil

๐Ÿ“1 medium onion

๐Ÿ“2 stock cubes

๐Ÿ“Seasonings

Procedures

๐Ÿ“wash thoroughly and chop all vegetables and set aside.

๐Ÿ“wash and blend together tomatoes, peppers, ginger, and garlic.

๐Ÿ“slice the zucchini (it’s treated like vegetable though).

๐Ÿ“wash and chop the onions

๐Ÿ“wash the shrimp and set aside

๐Ÿ“place a saucepan on the stove, add little oil and let it heat up, add the shrimp and sautรฉ. Set aside once it’s done.

๐Ÿ“place a pot on the stove, add the blended mixture, cook to dry the excess water.

๐Ÿ“once it’s dried, add the olive oil then the onions and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

๐Ÿ“add stock cubes, salt, and other seasonings. Add the chopped bell pepper, chopped mushrooms, and carrots and cook for a minute.

๐Ÿ“Now add the spinach, broccoli, and zucchini. Add the shrimp

๐Ÿ“cover the lid and let it cook for a minute then turn off the heat.

Its done๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜‚….serve with boiled rice, boiled yam, boiled potato or boiled plantain.
